Refund policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received.

Products exempt from our returns policy:

Custom Frame Name
Custom Helmet
Other Custom Orders

To complete your return, we require: Order number(s), Name and Address details provided at checkout.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via email: info@cyclistick.co.uk

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. A rejection will result from any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of purchase.

• If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 
• If rejected, we will deduct any costs associated with the item and its return from any refunded amount.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of approval/rejection and may take 30 days to be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are shipping an item over £25, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
