Cube's Recall, What You Need to Know

Cube's Recall, What You Need to Know

Cube have issued a recall for all Agree C:62 bikes from 2025 and 2026 model years, due to a defect in the carbon fork. The issue is due to a change in resin material which can result in cracks forming above the brake mount, and is present on all bikes delivered or sold before 30th November 2025. Cube has therefore issued a prohibition of further use until the fork has been inspected, as the issue significantly weakens the fork structure, and may result in a "complete failure of the left fork blade."

Does my bike need inspecting?

You can check if your bike is affected by entering your frames WOW number into Cube's checker

WOW numbers can be found on the bottom bracket or on a silver sticker located on either the non-drive side chainstay or under the top/down tube.

My bike is affected, what now?

Cube recommends contacting either the dealer you purchased the bike from, or another local Cube dealer. All checks and necessary replacements are free of charge, however the company states they are not able to reimburse for travel costs if your dealer isn't local to you.
